Yes. Our 12V LiFePO4 batteries are designed as drop-in replacements for standard Group 24, 27, 31, and 8D lead-acid sizes. Same terminals and similar form factors mean zero modification to existing wiring or battery trays in most RV applications. A LiFePO4-compatible charger profile is recommended for optimal performance.
Standard MOQ is 10 units for existing configurations. For fully custom OEM orders with your branding, enclosure design, and specific certifications, MOQ starts at 50 units. Volume pricing tiers are available at 100, 200, and 500+ units.
Standard models operate at -20°C discharge and 0°C charge. For Canada, Scandinavia, or northern Europe, we offer a low-temperature heating BMS option enabling safe charging down to -30°C. Specify your target market when requesting a quote.
Our 12V batteries support up to 4 units in parallel and up to 4 in series (24V/48V systems). For motorhome systems above 400Ah, we recommend the 24V or 48V series for more efficient energy management.
US market: FCC and UN38.3. Europe: CE marking and UN38.3. Our RV series carries CE and FCC as standard. For big-box retail distribution, additional certifications such as UL 1973 may be required — ask our compliance team about timelines.
