Our standard MOQ is 10 units for most 12V/24V/48V LiFePO4 configurations. For highly customized projects requiring new tooling (custom enclosure molds or unique PCB layouts), MOQ may be 50 units. Sample orders of 1–3 units are accepted for qualification purposes before mass production commitment.
Standard samples using existing enclosure tooling ship within 7 business days from specification confirmation. Samples requiring new mold tooling take 15–20 business days. We provide tracking numbers and a sample test report (capacity, BMS function, IP rating) with every shipment.
Yes. We provide full certification documentation transfer support for CE (LVD + EMC), FCC Part 15, and UN38.3. For Gold Partner OEM orders, we also support CB Scheme transfer for broader global market access. Our compliance team provides all technical files required by certification bodies. New certification testing for significantly modified designs typically takes 4–6 weeks.
We primarily use Grade-A cells from CATL, EVE Energy, and CALB — the three largest LiFePO4 cell manufacturers in China. Cell brand selection is negotiable based on your target market, certification requirements, and cost objectives. All cells come with manufacturer COA (Certificate of Analysis) and traceability documentation.
Yes, we sign NDA agreements before any technical discussion begins. Our standard NDA covers product specifications, BMS firmware, enclosure designs, pricing, and customer information. We do not share OEM partner designs with any third party or produce identical products for competing brands in the same territory.
UN38.3-certified packaging enables air freight for small orders. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) is recommended for orders above 100 units. We offer FOB Shenzhen, CIF destination port, and DDP options. Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is available for samples and urgent small orders. All batteries ship with required hazmat documentation.
