Incoming Cell Inspection (IQC)
Grade-A cells from CATL / EVE / CALB checked against COA, then sorted to ≤2% capacity deviation before they enter the line.

Cell Grading & Matching
Voltage, internal resistance and capacity matched per pack to maximize usable energy and cycle life.

Laser & Spot Welding
Precision laser welding and automated spot welding for low-resistance, vibration-proof connections.

Module & Enclosure Assembly
Modules built into IP65/IP67 enclosures — custom shapes, terminals and branding for OEM partners.

BMS Installation & Programming
Custom BMS firmware flashed in-house: active balancing, CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth 5.0, cloud connectivity.

Aging & Cycle Testing
Each unit charged, discharged and protection-tested. Accelerated aging confirms stable performance before sign-off.
