How to Size Your RV Battery Bank

Use this 4-step method to recommend the right capacity to your customers — or use it to spec OEM builds.

List All 12V Loads

Identify every 12V device: lights, fans, water pump, refrigerator, phone chargers, and any inverter-connected 120V appliances.

Calculate Daily Consumption

Multiply each device’s amp draw by daily hours of use. Sum all figures to get total daily consumption in Ah.
