Which model should I quote?

Start from the load, not the capacity. Send the continuous and peak current, the daily energy requirement and the autonomy you need, and our engineers will map that onto a model code before quotation.

Does this series have a communication bus?

No. This is a drop-in replacement platform with a protection BMS, not a communicating pack. Bluetooth and an LCD display are available as options for state-of-charge monitoring. If you need RS485 or CAN reporting, look at the rack-mount or home ESS ranges instead.

What autonomy should I specify for my climate?

Autonomy depends on the LED load, the daily insolation at the installation latitude and the number of consecutive overcast days the tender requires. Send the LED wattage, nightly operating hours, the project location and the required autonomy in days, and we will size the model against them.

Are the optional functions standard?

No. Bluetooth, display, communication modules and low-temperature charge protection are options. Confirm what you need during quotation so the BMS, enclosure, wiring and documentation are configured accordingly. This model is rated IP67.

What information is required for an OEM quotation?

Model code, quantity, target market, current requirement, optional functions, logo or label files, documentation scope, target delivery time and application details.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty term is stated in the commercial section of the specification table. Warranty handling, spare-part supply and RMA turnaround are agreed per distribution or OEM contract, and depend on the installation staying within the stated temperature and current limits. For this model: 3 years / ≥ 2,000 cycles, to 70 % capacity retention.
