A manufacturer, not a trading company

SafeCloud Energy designs and builds LiFePO4 battery packs, home energy storage systems, high-voltage modules and containerised power stations. We supply distributors, energy brands, solar installers, EPC contractors and OEM partners in more than 100 countries.
The distinction matters in this industry. A great many suppliers presenting themselves as factories are trading companies buying from whichever plant is cheapest that quarter, which is why their cell brand changes and their specifications drift. We own our production, so the cell source, the BMS build and the enclosure on your fifth order are the same as on your first.

Manufacturing

Two production bases built for repeatable supply

Automated assembly, cell sorting, aging capacity and an in-house testing laboratory. Capacity matters less than consistency — the reason we run our own aging and test equipment is so a specification approved on a sample is the specification that ships in month eighteen.
Quality control

Four checkpoints, every batch

A quality system is only meaningful if a buyer can name its stages and ask for the records from any one of them. Ours are below, and the records are available on request against a production batch number.
IQC

Incoming material control

Cells, BMS boards, enclosures, wiring and purchased components verified against the approved configuration before they enter production.
IPQC

In-process quality control

Cell sorting and matching, welding, assembly and BMS programming checked at defined points rather than only at the end of the line.
FQC

Final quality control

Electrical performance, protection functions, communication behaviour and aging cycles run against the locked specification.
OQC

Outgoing quality control

Firmware version, label, terminals, accessories, manuals, carton marks and export documentation verified before the container is sealed.

A row of logos tells a buyer nothing. Each certificate below is shown with the scope it covers, because a transport test and a product safety certificate are different things and treating them as interchangeable is how importers get caught out.

Quality management system
Certifies the management system, not the product. Ask for the certificate number and scope.

CE

EU Declaration of Conformity
A manufacturer’s declaration supported by a technical file — not a certificate issued by an authority.

FCC

US electromagnetic compatibility
Covers electromagnetic emissions for the US market. Separate from product safety listing.

UN38.3

Lithium transport testing
Required to ship, in every lane. Says nothing about installation safety or market access.

MSDS / SDS

Chemical hazard disclosure
A 16-section GHS disclosure document for carriers, warehouses and emergency responders.

IEC 62619

Industrial battery safety
Product safety for industrial and stationary lithium batteries. The mainstream international reference.

We are also a SEDEX member, which covers social and ethical compliance auditing rather than product performance. Certificate scope varies by model and by destination market — before ordering, ask us to confirm which certificates name the exact configuration you are buying. Where to meet us in person

We exhibit at international energy storage and renewable trade shows. If you are evaluating suppliers, a stand meeting is worth more than a video call — you can handle the product, see the build quality and ask the engineering team directly.

Add your confirmed shows here — event name, city, dates and hall or stand number. A list of past shows with photographs is credible; a generic statement that you attend exhibitions is not.

Verification

How to check everything on this page

Any supplier can publish a floor area and a founding year. Very few will tell you how to confirm them. These are the checks we would run if we were buying from us — and we would rather you ran them before the first order than after a problem.

Public listing

Stock code 839424 is on the public register. Company filings, registered capital and shareholder structure are searchable — no supplier statement required.

ISO 9001 certificate

Ask for the certificate number and the scope of registration, then verify it directly with the issuing body rather than relying on a PDF we emailed.

Factory audit or tour

Visit either plant, or send a third-party auditor. Where travel is not practical, we will run a live video walkthrough of the line building your order.

Cell source

We name the cell manufacturer and model on every product. Cross-check it against the test report — the two should match, and if they do not, ask why.

Test reports

Every report should name your exact model, not a similar one. Check the model number character for character against your quotation.

Trade references

Ask for customers in your region and channel. Ask them about batch consistency and RMA turnaround, not about price.
