How to read these

What every entry has to state

A case study that says a client was delighted tells a specifier nothing. These are the fields we require before a project goes on this page — and the fields worth demanding from any supplier whose reference list you are assessing.

Where a client will not permit a detail to be published, we mark it as withheld rather than replace it with a vague adjective. A blank is honest; a superlative is not.

What a complete project record looks like

Use this structure for each full case study page. It follows the order an engineer reads in: what the site needed, what was decided and why, what was installed, how it got there, and what the data shows now.

The requirement

Site type, existing setup, and the constraint in numbers — demand charge, outage frequency, diesel run hours, grid limit or autonomy target. State what the client could not do before.

The sizing decision

How energy capacity and power rating were derived. Which duty cycle was assumed, how many cycles per day, and which of the two figures ended up binding the design.

The system as built

Battery model and unit count, total kWh and kW, PCS or inverter make and model, communication protocol, enclosure and thermal approach, protection coordination.

Delivery and installation

Packing configuration, shipping route and mode, dangerous goods documentation, site access constraints, lifting requirements and commissioning duration.

Results and what we learned

Measured outcome against the original target, plus what we would specify differently. The second half is what makes the first half credible.

What we publish, and what we will not

Several of our largest deployments are not on this page, and will not be. Clients building a brand on a platform do not want their supplier advertising it, and we would extend the same protection to you.

Due diligence

Ask our customers, not us

A published case study is written by the supplier. A reference call is not. Where a client has agreed to act as a reference, we will introduce you — and we would suggest asking about batch consistency and RMA turnaround rather than about price, because those are the things that only show up after eighteen months.
