Two plants, 48,000 m², and a paper trail a buyer can audit
SafeCloud has built LiFePO4 packs since 2007 from two owned production bases in Henan and Anhui — not a trading office with a partner factory. Eight automated lines, more than thirty aging cabinets and an in-house testing laboratory sit behind every order, and the company is publicly listed on China’s NEEQ board under stock code 839424, so the financials behind your supply are a matter of public record.

Where your order is actually built
Which plant runs your order depends on format and volume. Both operate to the same ISO 9001 quality system and the same inspection plan, so a model qualified at one base is the same product at the other.
Henan Safecloud Energy Inc.
Zhumadian, Henan — the newer base, brought online in 2022. Runs the high-volume 12 V and 24 V drop-in lines and the solar street-light packs.
No. 3-4 standardization factory, Runan County industrial park, Zhumadian, Henan
Shenzhen Safecloud Energy Inc.
Headquarters and R&D. Home energy storage systems, rack-mount and high-voltage modules, plus all OEM / ODM engineering and sample builds.
Building 17, Zhongpengcheng Industrial Park, Matian Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen
Eight controlled stages, from goods-in to the pallet
The two stages that decide field reliability are the ones buyers rarely ask about: incoming cell grading and capacity matching. Everything downstream can only preserve the consistency those two steps establish.
01 · Cell incoming inspection
Every batch is checked for capacity, internal resistance and open-circuit voltage before it enters the line. Out-of-band cells are rejected at goods-in, not discovered at aging.
02 · Capacity grading and matching
Cells are sorted into matched groups. Pack consistency is decided here — a mismatched string is what turns a 6,000-cycle rating into a 2,000-cycle one in the field.
03 · Laser welding and module build
Busbars are laser-welded rather than spot-welded, then modules are torque-checked and insulation-tested before the case closes.
04 · BMS fitting and parameter write
Protection thresholds, communication protocol and, where specified, the customer's own BMS parameters are written and verified per unit.
05 · Charge / discharge testing
Each pack is cycled on programmable equipment to confirm capacity, balance behaviour and BMS cut-off against the datasheet figures.
06 · Aging
Packs sit in aging cabinets under monitored temperature so early-life failures surface in the plant rather than at your customer's site.
07 · Final inspection (OQC)
Appearance, dimensions, terminal torque, label and firmware are checked against the order sheet before packing.
08 · UN38.3 compliant packing
Packs are boxed to lithium shipping rules with the test summary and MSDS travelling with the consignment.
Three inspection gates under ISO 9001
SafeCloud operates an ISO 9001 quality management system with documented work instructions from purchasing through outgoing inspection. Test records are retained per batch and can be supplied with the shipment or during an audit.
IQC — incoming
Cells, BMS boards, busbars, terminals, wiring and enclosures are inspected on appearance, dimension, specification and function before release to production.
IPQC — in-process
Operators self-check at each station and QC samples between stages, so a defect is caught at the station that caused it.
OQC — outgoing
Finished packs are inspected and electrically verified against the order before packing. Nothing ships on a production record alone.
What we hold, and what each one is for
Certificate numbers and scopes are issued per product family. Ask for the pack that matches your model list and market — a certificate that does not name your model is not evidence.
IEC 62619
Industrial secondary cell and battery safety — the standard EPC and telecom buyers ask for by name.
UN 38.3
Transport test summary for lithium shipments. Supplied with every consignment.
CE / FCC
EU and US market access for the electrical and EMC side.
MSDS
Material safety data sheet for freight forwarders and customs.
ISO 9001
Quality management system certification covering both plants.
SEDEX
Ethical trade audit — the social-compliance evidence EU and UK retail buyers require.
Come and look, or send someone who will
Claims on a supplier’s website are worth what you paid for them. Three ways to check ours, in ascending order of rigour:
Live video walkthrough
A scheduled call from the line — cell store, welding, aging room and packing. Same week, no cost.
Third-party inspection
SGS, BV, TÜV or your own agent. We accept pre-shipment inspection as a condition of the PO.
On-site audit
Both plants receive customer and social-compliance audits. Tell us the standard you audit to and we will prepare the records in advance.
Send us the specification you are qualifying against
Electrical targets, application, market and forecast volume. Engineering reviews it before sales quotes, so the first number you receive is one we can hold.
