Answers below are how we normally work. Where a figure depends on the platform or the customisation level, we say so rather than publish a number that wouldn’t survive a real quotation.
Include application, nominal voltage, capacity or runtime, continuous and peak current, charge source, operating temperature, dimensions, communication, target market and forecast volume.
Yes. Scope can include branding, labels, manuals, packaging and selected configuration changes. Electrical, mechanical or firmware changes require engineering review and sample validation.
The current catalog lists CAN and RS485 on applicable energy-storage platforms. Compatibility must be confirmed against the exact inverter or controller model and firmware.
Some catalog platforms support series or parallel connection, but the allowed count and configuration vary by model and BMS. Do not assume interconnection capability without written approval.
The company catalog lists ISO 9001 and product accreditations including CE, FCC, UN38.3, MSDS, IEC 62619 and SEDEX. Request the exact document and model coverage for your target market.
The current catalog lists three years for specified 12.8V/25.6V lead-acid replacement batteries and five years for specified home-energy and high-voltage storage lines. The signed quotation and model warranty terms control.
Agree the configuration, drawings, firmware, labels and test plan first. Approval should record test results and the exact revision that becomes the production baseline.
Provide inverter brand, model, firmware, nominal battery voltage, charge/discharge limits, communication protocol and any existing protocol document or approved-battery-list requirement.
Shipping mode and documentation depend on battery, quantity, route and Incoterm. Applicable UN38.3, MSDS, dangerous-goods packaging and carrier requirements are confirmed per shipment.
Email the order reference, model, serial number, installation details, photos/video, BMS or inverter logs and a clear fault description. Wait for written RMA instructions before returning a lithium battery.
Custom and OEM/ODM products are generally not returnable for convenience after production or material commitment. Defective or non-conforming products are handled under the signed order terms and Warranty & RMA Policy.
Response and quotation timing depend on the completeness and complexity of the project. A complete technical brief reduces clarification cycles and enables an accurate proposal.
