AYG10-5KW 48V 10.24kWh All-in-One Home Energy Storage System

Model: AYG10-5KW

The AYG10-5KW combines a 51.2 V 200 Ah LiFePO4 pack with a 5 kW hybrid inverter in one mobile enclosure, so a single unit covers storage, PV charging and AC output without a separate inverter cabinet or DC wiring between them. MPPT accepts up to 5,500 W of PV at 120–450 V, output is pure sine wave at 100/110/220/230 VAC, and RS232, RS485 and CAN are provided for system integration. Castor wheels let a two-person crew position and service it without lifting gear.

Buyer decision points

What project teams should confirm before ordering

This page is structured around technical review, procurement qualification and project conversion rather than retail pricing.

  1. 01

Confirm the output voltage and frequency for your market

The inverter supports 100, 110, 220 and 230 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz. Confirm the exact combination for the destination market before production, because it is set at build.

  2. 02

    Charge window and cold climates

The spec sheet states an operating range of -20 to 60 °C. That is the discharge range: LiFePO4 must not be charged below 0 °C, and the BMS blocks it to protect the cells. Confirm the charge window and, for cold markets, ask about the self-heating option before you specify.

    Recommended · continuous maximum

  3. 03

    PV array sizing

MPPT accepts up to 5,500 W at 120–450 V with an 80 A limit. The recommended array is 2,000 W where average daily sunshine is six hours or more; size against the site's real insolation and load, not the maximum input.

    Up to in parallel

  4. 04

    AC and PV charging together

Solar and mains charging share the same input stage. Confirm the priority logic, the AC charge current limit and the transfer behaviour against how the site will actually be operated.

    Protection rating:

  5. 05

    Installation environment

Humidity up to 95 % and altitude up to 4,000 m are stated, but no ingress protection rating is published for this model. Treat it as an indoor unit until an IP rating is confirmed in writing.

  6. 06

    Documentation scope

Confirm which pack-level, inverter-level and system-level certificates apply to the exact production configuration and target market before publishing or purchasing.

Application fit

Where this system is specified

Positioned for distributors, installers and OEM brands that want storage, PV charging and AC output in a single commissioned unit.

01

Off-grid homes and cabins

One enclosure replaces a separate battery, inverter and charge controller, which removes most of the DC wiring and commissioning time.

02

Backup power where an outage is the driver

10.24 kWh of storage behind a 5 kW inverter covers a typical essential-circuit load through an evening outage.

03

Mobile and temporary sites

Castor wheels and a single-box format suit installations that get relocated: site offices, events, clinics and rental fleets.

04

Distributor and OEM programmes

Branded enclosure, output voltage configuration, APP module and export documentation for regional brands.

OEM / ODM capability

Supplier verification

Factory, quality control and export documentation

A B2B product page should help procurement teams verify who will build, test and support the system. Safecloud Energy Inc. was founded in 2007 and operates two plants in Henan and Anhui totalling 48,000 m², with eight automated production lines, 30+ aging machines and an in-house testing laboratory.

Buyer questions

Technical and purchasing FAQ

Is this a battery or a complete system?

A complete system. It contains a 51.2 V 200 Ah LiFePO4 pack and a 5 kW hybrid inverter with an MPPT charge controller in one enclosure, so no separate inverter or DC cabling between units is required.

Which output voltage and frequency will I receive?

The inverter supports 100, 110, 220 and 230 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz. The exact configuration is set during production, so state the destination market on your enquiry.

How much solar can I connect?

Up to 5,500 W of PV within a 120–450 V window, with an 80 A MPPT limit. The recommended array is 2,000 W where average daily sunshine is six hours or more.

Can it be installed outdoors?

No ingress protection rating is published for this model, so treat it as an indoor unit. Humidity is rated to 95 % and altitude to 4,000 m, but neither of those substitutes for an IP rating against rain and dust. This model is rated .

Is the APP module included?

No. APP monitoring is an option and must be selected before quotation so the communication hardware is fitted during build.

What information is required for an OEM quotation?

Quantity, target market, output voltage and frequency, PV array size, optional functions such as the APP module, logo or label files, documentation scope and target delivery time. For this model: 5 years / 6,000 cycles, to 70 % capacity retention.
