These terms govern use of safecloudpower.com. Quotations, pro forma invoices, purchase orders, specifications and signed contracts may contain additional commercial terms that take priority for a transaction.

1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Safecloud, battery platforms, manufacturing capability and services. It is intended primarily for business buyers, distributors, brands, integrators and professional project participants.
2. No binding offer
Website content, inquiry responses and downloadable materials do not by themselves create a binding offer or contract. Price, minimum order, schedule, configuration, warranty, certification, Incoterm and payment conditions become binding only when accepted in the applicable signed or confirmed transaction documents.
3. Specifications and compatibility
Product images and summary specifications are illustrative and may change. Do not design, install, connect, ship or certify a battery using website content alone. The approved model specification, drawing, firmware revision, manual and test plan control. Inverter and protocol compatibility must be confirmed for the exact model and firmware.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation and communication. You may not interfere with operation, bypass security, scrape at abusive scale, upload malicious material, misrepresent identity, submit unlawful content or use site materials to create a confusing or deceptive affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, marks, layouts, technical materials and media are owned by Safecloud or licensed to it. No right to manufacture, reverse engineer, reproduce branding or use confidential designs is granted unless stated in a signed agreement.

The site may link to external services or use embedded tools. Safecloud is not responsible for third-party content, availability or policies. Review third-party terms before use.

To the extent permitted by law, Safecloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or reliance on general site content. Transaction liability is governed by the applicable signed commercial documents.
9. Governing transaction documents
If a website statement conflicts with an accepted quotation, specification, quality agreement, warranty schedule, purchase order acknowledgement or contract, the agreed transaction document controls for that order.

We may update the website and these terms. Continued use after publication of an update is subject to the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or acceptance.
